African Youth Empowerment Synergy (AYES) is a non-profit organization focused on creating an enabling environment for sustainable development and fighting poverty among young people in Africa.
Why "synergy" is in our name
No single organization, government, or donor can solve youth poverty alone. AYES exists to pool financial, human, and technical resources from across sectors and borders — bringing volunteers, local partners, and community leaders together around a shared goal: young Africans who are equipped to lead their own development.
